I think what is really important ist o be a human figure out in the open. Onde day I went out walking and I had no pen or paper with me and it is something that emerges from the rhythm of walking and obviously your walking rhythm is different wherever you go, it depends again on the land itself.

Solemn and meditative.
Riding on my bike in the morning
watching the full moon
watching the space filled by the light of my lamp.

Listening to the sound of the tyres
smelling the fresh and not that cold air.

Being myself and with me.
